Kenny Ogungbe, the chairman of Kennis Music, has caused a significant buzz on social media after sharing photos of himself wearing the NYSC uniform.
The media executive took to his Instagram page to announce that he had completed the mandatory one-year national service for Nigerian graduates on Thursday, October 12.
Sharing photos of himself in his full khaki uniform and boots, Kenny Ogungbe stated that it was his Passing Out Parade (POP) day in Lagos state.
He wrote, “NYSC GRADUATION/POP TODAY. Lagos/12C. Graduation Day. To God Be The Glory. #NYSC #Lagos #Oshodi #12C #2023 #October #Copashun #Corper”
The pictures took netizens by surprise because the music executive is currently 53 years old and well beyond the age for participation.
Some also raised speculations that he wants to venture into politics, hence his decision to go back for the national scheme.
