A Kenyan woman identified as Gesare Chife has taken to social media to recount her fond memories of meeting American R&B star Brandy on a plane.
The mother, who is married to a Nigerian, stated that Brandy was once on a plane with her when she was travelling with her two toddlers and a baby.
Given the difficulty of managing the three children during the lengthy flight, according to Gesare, Brandy assisted her in babysitting the last child.
She shared this beautiful moment while reminiscing, as an internet user had encouraged netizens to share their favourite celebrity encounter.
The mother also shared an old photo of Brandy holding her child and said that the singer was a good and generous person.
She wrote;
“Was on a long haul flight with two toddlers and a baby. Brandi was sitting close by and babysat my baby for quite a while. She was so sweet and kind.”
In other news, a Kenyan woman has accused a family of alleged discrimination and classism after she spotted their housemaid sitting on the floor while they were dining at a popular restaurant in Nairobi, Kenya.
The lady, identified as @kuntakitten on the microblogging platform X, said she was having lunch at the restaurant when she saw the woman, whom she claims is a maid, sitting on the floor while they enjoyed a meal as a family.
She shared photos of the family sharing a table and the maid sitting on the floor with her hand on her cheeks, and wrote,
“You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him…We had lunch at Zen Garden, Nairobi, and we spotted this family that had their maid sit on the floor while they dined! In this day and age,” she wrote.
