A young Nigerian woman has been left reeling after returning home from a two-week trip to discover that her beloved fan had been reduced to ashes.
The woman, identified as @sheisamanda1 on Tiktok shared a heartbreaking video detailing the devastating aftermath of the incident.
According to her account, she had initially dismissed a fire that broke out in the same location where she was staying while traveling, thinking it was just a coincidence.
However, upon her return, the lady was met with a shocking sight.
Her fan had been completely destroyed by the blaze, leaving her in a state of absolute shock.
“I just prayed and continued living. I am still in absolute shock how a fan can be burnt down to zero,” the woman captioned in the video. “House was smoking badly and nobody knew. Nothing really burnt.”
Despite the devastating loss, the woman expressed gratitude that the fire had not caused further damage to her home.
She had initially foreseen and prayed about the incident, though she did not take it as seriously as she should have.
