A lady has shocked netizens as she educates them on the various stages of rings she believes women will receive before finally getting a wedding ring.
The lady shared this knowledge to address the various queries she had been receiving on her marital status because she was seen spotting what looked like a wedding ring.
According to her, the ring she was wearing was just a promise ring, and she still had to get one more before she got a wedding ring.
She added that she was not exactly sure and could be deceived by her man, but she was looking forward to the next step in her marital status.
In her words:
“Ok, you guys keep asking me if I’m engaged; I’m promised. Na promise ring no be engagement ring, there are levels to it. There’s promise, there’s engage and then there’s married. I don’t know, maybe I’m delusional, sha, I’m promised almost there.”

In other news, a married Nigerian man who relocated abroad in search of greener pastures has said he doesn’t plan to return but doesn’t know how to tell his wife to move on.
The man shared his dilemma with his friend, Human rights activist Comrade Israel Joe, who relayed it on Facebook on Monday, August 7.
According to him, the man asked him to help tell his wife to move on with her life because he doesn’t intend to return to Nigeria.
The man also mentioned that he’s okay with his wife getting married to another man, and that he’ll keep sending money to support her and their children.
