Different reactions have trailed a clip shared on TikTok that captured a lady making starch for the first time in her boyfriend’s family house.
While showing off the edible meal she prepared she revealed it was her first time visiting her boyfriend’s family.
On her arrival, they asked her to prepare some starch meal which she had never made before and had no idea on how to make it.
In an attempt to impress her in-laws, she went ahead to the kitchen to prepare the meal which didn’t out well.
The meal which was supposed to be smooth and fluffy, came out to be watery and contained too many lumps.
Concerned by how the meal which was supposed to whoa her in-laws came out, she turned to social media for help, sharing a video of the food.
She could be heard in the video saying;
“The first day I went to visit my in-laws, they said I should do starch for them, I told them I didn’t know how to do it because I am an Igbo girl and I have not even tasted starch before, I said I should try my luck, now look at it, it’s no longer starch it’s trash. See the lumps, I don’t know what to do now.[sic]”
