A 26-year-old woman, Omorogbe Jennifer Soni, has been arraigned by the Lagos State Police Command for a serious assault on a police officer.
The incident, which was captured on camera, occurred in Ajah on February 21, 2024.
According to reports, she engaged in a heated argument with the female police officer.
As the police officer attempted to get close to her car, Omorogbe forcefully pushed the officer, causing her to fall to the ground.
In response to the assault, the Lagos State Police Command swiftly took action.
he was arraigned on February 22, 2024, at the Etiosa Magistrate Court in Ajah.
Following the proceedings, she has been remanded in the Kirikiri Female Correctional Centre until the next hearing, scheduled for March 27, 2024.
