A shocking video making the rounds on social media shows the moment a police officer chased, cocked his gun, took aim and fired at an unarmed civilian who was protesting an assault on his neighbour.
The scene of the shocking video is reported to have taken place in Rivers State Capital, Port-Harcourt.
