Controversial Actress, Rosaline Meurer who was fingered to have been the cause of Tonto Dikeh’s marriage crash has taken to Social media to show us what “controversial” really means.
The actress, who is also the PA to Churchill, shared a video of herself spraying her dogs wads of dollar bills as she marks their birthday.
