The grand wedding of popular luxury designer, Malivelihood to his long time girl friend, Deola Smart would definitely pass for the wedding of the year.
The ceremony which held on Saturday, December 5th in Abuja was the talk of the town. Expensive gifts were shared as souvenirs, a wedding guest went home with a brand new Lexus car, courtesy the couple, the wedding cake reportedly worth 4million and took 125 days, 18 bakers to bake the castle themed cake.
The celebrity jeweler has now taken to social media to reveal that his wife’s wedding dress was custom made, with 560 carats of handpicked Swarovski diamonds sourced from six different countries.
In his words,
“My wife’s wedding dress has over 560 Carat of hand picked Swarovski diamonds from six different countries. So don’t try to copy her dress”.
However before the revelation by the groom, the bride, Deola Smart had also taken to her Instagram story to brag about her custom made wedding dress.
Sharing a photo of her dress she wrote,
“You cant play with my wedding dress”.
