A young man caught crossing an expressway instead of using the pedestrian bridge has vented his frustration at being caught and being the only one at that despite many offenders.
The man behind the KAI (Kick Against Indiscipline) force bars ask Nigerians to judge the partial treatment the law enforcers give to some violators over others. Videos show where some people were crossing the road after he was apprehended, yet the force did nothing to arrest them.
He also laments how the Nigerian government is doing everything to frustrate people in seeking their daily earnings.
