The joy of a Nigerian man set to travel abroad in search of greener pasture was cut short, when he was robbed on his way to the airport.
It was gathered that the man who was scheduled to fly out of the country today, April 9th was attacked by suspected armed robbers on his way to the airport.
The armed robbers carted away his passport, ticket and other personal item before he could arrive at the airport.
Confused and frustrated, the young man returned home and bade his overseas trip goodbye.
The Twitter user who shared the sad story on Twitter wrote, “This Guy traveling out was robbed on airport road earlier this morning, money, passport, phone, ticket was stolen. He had to turn back home, Ah Omo. Village people lagbara oh.”
