Nigerian journalist and human right activist, Comrade Lanre Sadiq, has taken to social media to address women on the issue of marriage.
Taking to Facebook, Sadiq stated that marriage is not suited for every woman and any woman who feels too proud and pompous to respect a man should not bother getting married because marriage is not for her.
According to him, the way a woman behaves towards her husband is a direction reflection of how her mother treats her father at home.
He wrote,
“MARRIAGE is not for every woman. If u are too Big to Respect a Man stay single. Your manner towards ur husband says much about how your mother treat your father. Marriage is only for well trained women.”
In other news, some suspected gays were reportedly apprehended by men from the Borno state police command who were intending to organise a gay wedding ceremony in the state.
According to one Mohammed Tijjani, the suspects were arrested in the Gwange area of the state on Saturday, April 16.
Sharing photos of the suspects on Facebook, he thanked the councillor of Mashamari ward in Jere Local Government Area of the state, Hon. Ibrahim Burma shuwa, and the DPO of Gwange Division for bringing the suspects to book. Continue reading here
