The House of Representatives on Wednesday asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC and the Central Bank of Nigeria to immediately go after the promoters Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox, otherwise known as ‘MMM’ in Nigeria.
NDIC had also launched a plan to shut down MMM in the country – the motion of course, is not going so well with some Nigerians, who are participants of the scheme.
A bold participant, Ibraheem Musa Usman, who resides in Kano, took to social media to threaten the CBN and SEC, asking them to leave the scheme alone as it’s their money and they can do whatever they want with it.
