Liverpool’s forward, Mohamed Salah’s daughter, Makka, on Sunday, May 12, scored a sublime goal in front of fans at the Anfield stadium moments after Liverpool’s end of the season match against Wolves.
In a video that has since gone viral, the youngster is seen racing through on goal, dribbling the ball right on the line before ramming it into the the back of the empty net.
The stirring scenes sent the stadium into eruption, with fans who had stayed behind for a lap of honour applauding her.
Meanwhile, despite failing to score against the Nuno Espirito-tutored side, Salah still managed to take home another Premier League Golden Boot award after notching 22 league goals through the campaign.
He shared the prestigious award with fellow teammate, Sadio Mane, and Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who also netted a similar number of league goals.
Salah reacted to the individual award in a rib-tickling fashion, sharing a photo of him with the daughter with the caption:
“Yes, I know we have one at home. This is a new one.”
The Egyptian talisman will now be seeking to win the Champions League title after missing out on the league trophy to Man City by a single point.
The Reds are set to play Tottenham Hotspur during the finals of the European showpiece slated for Saturday, June 1, in Madrid.
