A Nigerian guy has come out as gay.. and he’s revealed that his family isn’t having any of it.
Identified as Dan on Twitter, with the handle, @reclaimingmyt, he says his mother has been crying ever since he broke the news on their Whatsapp group, his Dad isn’t having any of it, and his silbings are begging him to reconsider his decision, as the family’s reputation is at risk.
He wrote: Yesterday on our WhatsApp group.
-Mum has been crying
-Dad isn’t having it
-Siblings r begging me 2 consider d family’s reputatn & ‘change’ my decisn
I feel free, guilty and confused ..d most important thing is d@ my family now knws I am gay
