A video of the moment Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, received a rowdy welcome at the Living Faith Church in Ota, Ogun state, has been shared online.
Peter Obi attended the ongoing Shiloh 2022 programme on Thursday, December 8, with former Coordinator of Defence Media Operations, Major-General John Enenche (rtd), who is also a member of the Labour Party, and was introduced to worshippers by the church’s Vice President, Bishop David Abioye.
However, as Bishop Abioye mentioned that there’s a presidential candidate in the church, the congregants started screaming excitedly even before hearing Peter Obi’s name.
When Bishop Abioye eventually mentioned his name, the whole church erupted into a louder cheering, which the clergyman struggled to calm them down.
