A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to celebrate her mum as she graduates with a BSc at 58 years old from Federal University, Lafia.

The lady @abujafoodtrayexpert shared the celebratory moment on her mum’s sign- out day. She noted that her mum has made the family proud once more.

The 58-year-old woman graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the federal university, Lafia; her daughter exclaimed that if attaining a BSc is undemanding at her mum’s age, every elderly woman should make an attempt.

In the midst of the celebration, the lady and her sibling arrived at the department with a money bouquet and personalized placard to honour their mum’s achievement.

Internet users storm the comment section with congratulatory messages as many insist that age shouldn’t hinder one in achieving academic success.
