A female passenger expressed surprise as she conveniently watched a popular movie in a public bus with customized a TV cinema in Port Harcourt.
Sharing on TikTok, the lady who identifies as @TheFabolousPat mimicked passengers who prefer to hire a car-hailing service instead of boarding public transport to enjoy a cinematic ride.
She captioned the video,
“Na you go Dey book bolt, I watch Avatar for bus today”
The female passenger seated behind the driver had recorded the movie playing on a mobile phone held with a rubber band; the phone could be seen attached adjacent to the rearview mirror of the bus.
The lady mentioned that she enjoyed the ride watching Avatar, a popular movie.
The car’s dashboard was decorated with different countries’ flags and a shawl making the car interior similar to a shrine.
Netizens suggest that the customized TV cinema was to create a distraction for passengers until they drove passed their destination. While some expressed amusement about the car’s decoration, others explained the customized TV cinema was regular among public transports in Port Harcourt.
