A newly wed Nigerian man identified as Ayodeji has taken to social media to reveal what Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, did for him when they first met.
According to him, he encountered Obi a few days before his wedding at Abuja’s Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and told him about his upcoming nuptials.
The former governor of Anambra state graciously agreed to Ayodeji’s request that he capture a video wishing him and his wife a happy marriage as a wedding present.
He thanked Mr. Peter Obi and said that his deed was the most priceless wedding present he had ever received.
He wrote;
“A few days to my wedding, I met HE Peter Obi @PeterObi at the Abuja Airport. I introduced myself and informed him I was getting married in a few days.
I politely asked if he could make a video for my wife to be, wishing us a happy married life. He accepted and made the video. Of all the gifts I got for my wedding, this video is one of my most treasured. Thank you @PeterObi.”
