Nigerian male cross-dresser, Jay Bugatti has in spirit of the International Women’s Day, today, wished himself too a happy holiday.
Jay Bugatti, who revealed last year that he will undergo gender assignment surgery once he has enough funds, took to Instagram to wish himself and women a happy International Women’s Day celebration.
