A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to share the shocking situation she found herself in after boarding a public transport in Lagos.
The lady @melaanin__tee shared a video via TikTok revealing that she was seated beside a prisoner on the public bus. The prisoner whose face wasn’t revealed could be seen wearing a handcuff while being transported by an unknown police officer to the station.
She noted that she was faced with a dilemma on whether or not to alight from the moving vehicle. She had to maintain composure until she got to her destination.
Viewers have shared varying shocking experiences they’ve encountered in public transport, especially in Lagos. Netizens state that transporting public offenders via public transport to court or police stations is not new in Lagos.
