The young lady had just completed her final exams in university and was celebrating with her friends when the surprise gift was presented to her.
The video shows her receiving a large cheque, which showed that she is the latest owner of a piece of land in Ibadan. She was also given a land deed, confirming her status as the newest landowner.
Overwhelmed by the magnitude of the gift, the young lady couldn’t contain her emotions and tears of joy began to flow.
To add to her already special day, her boyfriend surprised her with another gift. She received a beautifully decorated present and a bouquet of money, making her signing out day even more memorable.
