“Sound Sultan Does Not Have Throat Cancer” – Brother Baba Dee debunks News Reports.
Singer, Baba Dee has debunked reports that his younger brother, Sound Sultan has throat cancer.
Multiple media reports on Wednesday claimed that the 44-year-old was undergoing chemotherapy in the United States.
He has however, confirmed that the singer is ill, but doesn’t have throat cancer, “He is sick, and is getting better in New York. But the throat cancer, na lie”.
Baba dee however, did not state the nature of the illness his brother is recovering from.
Sound Sultan has not publicly commented on the matter either.

Ace Nigerian singer, Olanrewaju Fasasi, popularly known as Sound Sultan is currently battling with throat cancer in the United States of America.
According to SaharaReporters, the singer has commenced chemotherapy in one of the hospitals in the country.
Fans have also taken to social media to share goodwill messages and prayers.
