Reality star and BBNaija finalist, Mike Edwards, is set to auction off his Bet9ja robe that was used while he was in the house.

The reality star’s wife Perri, shared the news on micro messaging platform, Twitter . “Who would like their hands on @aireyys famous Bet9ja robe? Come down to #Perrispopup this Sunday to be in with your chances at the auction,” she tweeted.

In an unexpected turn of events, social media users on the platform appeared not to be in support of the idea of auctioning the reality star’s possession. Many had wondered what exactly they would use the robe for, if they were to consider purchasing it.

However, another Twitter user identified as @olori2nday, shared a post claiming that proceeds from the auction would be used in purchasing sanitary pads for young girls that cannot afford it.

She said: “It might interest you that it’s about providing sanitary pads for young girls that can’t afford it. There are a lot of designer items to be sold at ridiculous prices. It’s for charity.”
