Nigerian singer and songwriter, Yemi Alade has shared her opinion about employer and employee’s commitment towards a business.
The singer took to her Twitter account to opine that nobody would give the same level of commitment that you would give to your business even if they are being payed monthly.
According to the ‘Johnny’ hitmaker, no matter how much you pay someone to promote your business, they would not apply the same zeal that you would apply personally.
She tweeted,
“Nobody will carry your work on their head the way you would…even if you pay them salary!”
