Big Brother Naija star Chinonso Opara, popularly known as KimOprah, has stated that she initially declined an invitation to join the Big Brother Naija All Stars housemates.
The TV presenter claimed the initial invitation conflicted with her job schedule and she was unable to accept it at the time. She later entered the show three weeks ago as a house guest.
Speaking after being evicted on Sunday, Kim Oprah explained why she agreed to appear on the show for a cameo in an interview with BellaNaija.
She claimed that even after she turned down the initial summons, the organizers still got in touch with her to ask if she would be open to returning to the BBNaija house as a fake housemate (house guest), and she agreed.
Kim Oprah said;
“I was initially summoned to go into the House for the main show but unfortunately my work schedule did not permit me.
Luckily enough, they [Big Brother organisers] asked if I could come back as a guest housemate and that was the period we were also preparing for the Headies Awards.
So we had actually halted production for my own show which is ‘Trending’ on Hip TV. So, I was given the time off to go into the House for a bit and come out.”
