Nigerian politician and actor, Desmond Elliot appears to have stirred outrage amongst Nigerians after a video of him generously gifting what appears to be body fragrances to people on the streets of Lagos, emerged online.
The veteran actor who had a change in career a couple of years back, was re-elected in the 2023 general elections as Lawmaker representing the Surulere constituency.
He recently took to the streets of Lagos in what seems like an APC rally to share gifts to people on the streets. A couple of the recipients of the gifts can be seen struggling to ensure they received their share of what was being distributed.
After the video made its way to the internet, a number of netizens have outed the politician for his seeming oblivion of reality as they say most Nigerians are hungry and struggling due to the ravaging economy and it really isn’t body fragrance they need at this time.
