Popular Nigerian skitmaker, Chukwuebuka Emmanuel professionally known as BrainJotter shares his thought on why people are discouraged to help others in the hard economy.
The comedian took to his Instagram story to enlighten people to show more gratitude if they desire people’s help.
He wrote,
“Alot of people really wish they can help alot of people, but alot of people’s sense of entitlement has discouraged alot of people from helping alot of people. Show gratitude!!!!!!!”
He stated a lot of people are willing to help people but lack of appreciation has made them not help others. Some people feel they should benefit from special treatment, hence, they don’t appreciate.
He mentioned that people’s sense of entitlement has hindered the others help. It has discouraged people to extent any form assistance to others who are really in need.
He emphasized that people should shown more gratitude in order to receive help.
The skitmaker’s opinion wasn’t acceptable by netizens as they criticized him for talking about entitlement.
