Abba Yusuf Bichi, son of the DSS Director-General, Mr. Yusuf Magaji Bichi, has insinuated that the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, is wasting his time by challenging the outcome of the general election.
Abba Bichi, a footballer, shared his two cents while reacting to the presidential election tribunal which commenced pre-hearing today, May 8.
According to him, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the legally elected President of Nigeria, and even if Peter Obi “visits heaven” to contest the result, it would still remain the same.
“Legally elected president federal republic of Nigeria . if peter obi likes let him go to heaven, heaven will still send him back and declare Asiwaju as the president of this great nation,” he wrote on Instagram.

A while back, Abba Bichi berated singer, Teni, for not bowing to President Buhari while receiving a national award.
The 29-year-old singer was on Tuesday, October 11, conferred as a Member of the Order of the Niger (MON), at a ceremony which was held at the Government House Villa in Aso Rock
During the award ceremony, Teni, when called up, received her award from the president without bowing or shaking his hands, and then returned to her seat afterwards.
Teni’s conduct sparked controversy online as many Nigerians accused her of being disrespectful to the presidency.
One of those who chided Teni for her conduct at the award ceremony was the DSS DG’s son, Abba Bichi. He shared a photo of Teni on his Instagram page and lambasted her for not bowing to the president.
Insisting that Teni was disrespectful to Buhari, he noted that the Director General of the World Trade Organization, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and other high-ranking government officials bowed their heads as a sign of respect to the president at the event. ICYMI
