Following actions which has led up to the conclusion that singing and dancing duo, Peter and Paul Okoye of the P Square brand, have split up, Peter’s new manager has denied the claims.
Peter’s new manager, Olatunde Michael, have dismissed the claims that the duo have split up, despite the fact that his charge has revealed a new stage name and management.
Olatunde made the revelation during a chat with WG, revealing that the duo were still together despite being at odds.
While speaking with WG, the manager said:
“Peter is still very much with his brother, Changing his name to Mr.P has nothing to do with breaking up with his twin brother or going solo.”
Meanwhile, Bayo Adetu, the duo’s publicist, has also been unable to confirm the news in no uncertain terms, stating that “there is no official statement to that effect, at least for now.”
However, the actions of the brothers in the last few weeks have proved otherwise, as they have both released singles separately, while Peter is set to perform solo at another event in Dubai, for the second time.
Earlier in the week, Peter unveiled his new management team as well as releasing his solo single, ‘Look into my Eyes‘ under his new stage name, ‘Mr P‘.
At the same time, Paul, now called Rudeboy equally unveiled his new signee which he referred to as the first lady of Rude Boy Records, also releasing his own debut single titled, “Call heaven”, lamenting the death of their parents and the effect it has had on the once enviable musical group.
