President Muhammadu Buhari has admitted that it has been difficult to defend his APC Led Administration these past three years.
President Buhari said this when he met with members of the Buhari Media Organisation at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
President Buhari thanked them for speaking on his behalf and also acknowledged that his administration is one that is difficult to defend.
He said:
” I don’t think I can thank you enough for your steadfastness under very difficult circumstances.
“It is not easy to defend this administration and more importantly, to defend me.
“But your consistency is giving me a lot of confidence and I know you are paying the price physically, mentally and materially because the opposition now is are sitting on incredible resources, which I’m afraid we cannot get at it all.
“For that reason, they are sponsoring mischief from different angles, which in spite of the incumbency of the government, we cannot absolutely stop that.
“It is you people, that are quietly and openly fighting it and I cannot thank you enough for that”
He also told the group members that the opposition looted so much money that his administration might not be able to recover.
The Buhari Media Organisation was the media outfit of the APC campaign team in 2015 which was named Buhari Media Support Organisation.
