Popular Nollywood actor, Prince Eke has criticized his colleagues as he celebrates eight years of escaping the nest of kidnappers in Rivers State.
The actor took to his Instagram page to disclose that family and colleagues had told him he fabricated his own kidnapping to obtain financial gain.
Speaking about his experience, he said that the lies his friends and coworkers circulated about him were the worst thing that had happened to him, even though being in captivity was like hell on earth.
Using himself as an example, he urged his admirers and followers to pray for long life since, should they die, their loved ones would say cruel things.
In his words:
“Today marks exactly 8 years I was kidnapped in Nigeria. Along Ubima road in Rivers state. I experienced hell on earth. But the greatest experience was that most of my colleagues and friends alleged that I kidnapped myself to raise money.
Pray for life, because if you eventually die. People that you thought were close to you will say so many unprintable things about you. Thank God for the gift of life and grace!”
