Final year students of the Petroleum Training Institute University in Warri (PTI) wrote their first semester GNS Exams recently and they were met with utmost surprise when they saw something on their question sheet.
After giving about five questions for his students to answer, the lecturer then gave them a blank cheque to ask any question if they are not satisfied questions provided by him.

The report has caused a stir on social media as people are surprised that a Nigerian lecturer can actually do this, while some say some students will still fail the question they might ask themselves.
