A Nigerian man has taken to social media to share a video of a house in Surulere, Lagos, where he claimed Nigerian superstar singer, Wizkid, lived during his childhood.
In the trending video, the man showed the house where he claimed the “Ojuelegba crooner” grew up.
In the clip, showing viewers a clear view of the old building, the man summons a security guard who lives nearby to vouch for his claim, and the guard confirms that Wizkid did indeed grow up there.
Sharing the video, he applauded Wizkid’s resilience while gushing over his meteoric rise from a young Surulere boy to an international star.
“This is Wizkid’s childhood home in Surulere, Lagos. Wizkid is called grace. He started from nothing to something.” He captioned the video.
