Popular Nigerian disc jockey and billionaire heiress, DJ Cuppy recently got people talking after she shared a photoshopped traditional wedding photo of herself with heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua.
Cuppy who shared the photo on Instagram to celebrate Nigeria’s 60th independence captioned the photo,
“Eku Diamond Jubilee o my people!”
However fans were quick to react to the photo as they described the duo as a perfect match.
Vanguard has now gotten in touch with the real bride whose wedding photo was replaced with DJ Cuppy and Joshua.
The real bride was identified as Mrs Oluwaseun Shittu an event planner, decoration consultant, and style-conscious person.
Mrs Shittu reacting to the viral photoshopped image stated that although she found it hilarious she had her reservations on why her husband’s head and hers should be replaced.
In her words,
“I took that picture 24th January 2020, that was our traditional wedding day… My younger sister shared DJ Cuppy’s link with me and I was shocked.
“First, it was interesting to see that that picture got such attention, it shows the attire was fashionable enough, but seeing someone play around my wedding picture is quite wrong for me.
“I think it was wrong that my head and my husband’s were replaced. No hard feelings anyway, it is what it is.”
