Clement Ovokeroye Paul, a Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Bayelsa Deputy Governor, has taken to his social media page to share a photo of himself and his wife from 20 years ago to celebrate their first marriage anniversary which was on Sunday, March 6.
According to Clement, he met his wife 20 years ago while running an errand in his village, adding that it was rigorous winning her heart.
In his words ;
It was about this time twenty (20) years ago I mustered courage to ambushed my wife while returning from an errand in the village. Yeah, there were no smart phones nor social media platforms then.
How rigorous it was to win her heart and, the obstacles we surmounted peregrinating to our matrimony nineteen (19) years after, is an interesting story. She can tell the history very aptly.
We made no mistake “walking down the aisle” customarily last year; it’s its anniversary already. And I am very fortunate to have her, so she’s too.
She’s a Queen because she made me a King .
