The sultry singer turned heads as she rocked a super-feisty pair of heel sandals strapped up to her thighs. Most sandals like this that i see, actually stop at the knee, but Riri‘s go up to her thighs. Nawa oh! It obviously must have taken quite some time to tie this though.
