Controversial Nigerian rapper Cynthia Morgan has reacted to her colleague, singer Davido’s epic defeat at the recently concluded 66th Grammy Award show.
It’s no secret that the Nigerian music superstar and DMW boss lost all three of his Grammy nominations, including the award for Best African Music Performance to 22-year-old South African singer Tyla.
Commenting on his loss, Cynthia took to social media to express her sympathy with Davido and stated that Grammy organizers should have given him at least one award for the sake of peace in the country.
She wrote,
“Not a fan of you but I feel say them for just give you one make we for get peace for this country.
Better luck next time my former fave.”

In other news, Davido has expressed his admiration for Tyla, his South African counterpart, for receiving the Grammy for Best African Music Performance for the first time.
At the 66th Grammy Awards on Sunday night, Tyla was declared the champion of her category. She defeated Davido, Burna Boy, Asake, and Olamide to win the much-sought-after Grammy Award.
Though he lost to the ‘Water’ crooner, Davido responded to the news by congratulating Tyla on her win via his official Twitter account (X).
