Guinness Book of World Records is reportedly looking into claims of an unnamed man who says he has the world’s SMALLEST PENIS.
According to reports the man’s penis measures only 1/4 of an inch when flaccid. And when it’s erect, it only grows 1 3/4 inches. Wow. How does he have sex???
In the short clip, the unidentified man can be seen trying to get aroused so he can shoot out an erection.
