Senator Elisha Abbo, the lawmaker representing Adamawa North Senatorial District in the red chamber was spotted in a viral video sharing malt drinks to his constituents.
The senator who was also spotted in a viral video months ago assaulting a lady at a sex toy shop, was flanked by security operatives as he carried out the “humanitarian” act.
