Nigerian singer, Alayande Lola Oladapo Quam, popularly known as Lala, is dead.
The music star, who gained popularity after releasing ‘Idi Nla’ featuring late rapper Dagrin, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.
The news of his death was announced by his brother on Facebook. Although, the cause of his death is still unknown.
Lala completed his Msc program at Lagos State University in December last year.

His death comes barely weeks after the death of Dokta Frabz, who produced his hit song ‘Idi nla’.
Reports have it that Dokta Frabz died in February 2021, though the circumstances surrounding his death is also unclear.
Dr Frabz, worked with so many Top Nigerian artistes, including Wizkid, Davido, Omawunmi and the late Da Grin.
According to reports, he died in the US.

“Rip legend! Ayo ( dr Frabz) We spoke 2 weeks ago u asked how is Houston treating me ? I came to Maryland yesterday only for me to hear that u are no more today. What a sad day! A brother is gone! another producer is gone! RIP!” Samklef added.
