A soldier has allegedly shot a man dead in front of Command Secondary School Junction By Sabo Express road, Kaduna state.
The man, identified to be Sunny, was packing sand in a gutter in front of the military school when he was asked to stop by the soldier, but he pleaded with him to allow him pack the sand since the gutter isn’t someone’s property.
He was said to have approached the soldier who got angry and pulled his trigger- which led to an ongoing riot between the Nigerian army and youths in the state.
The roads in front of the School leading to Sabo, Romi and Gonin-Gora have been barricaded restricting vehicular movement.
Policemen and soldiers have also been deployed to restore peace into the area.
