Popular cross-dresser, Jay Bugatti has revealed that he will be going for gender reassignment surgery following approval from his boo.
The popular cross-dresser, who constantly talks about his boo and refers to him as “my husband“, said he will finally undergo the surgery to change his sexual organs from that of a male to a female.
He wrote:
