A yet-to-be identified secondary school student has reportedly been killed by a reckless driver in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
Eyewitnesses, who shared photos from the accident on social media, claim that the tragic incident happened on Monday morning, May 9th. They also allege that the victim was an SS3 student at a school in the state.
Several Twitter users who shared news of the accident have called on the governor of Ondo State, Rotimi, to take action on the issue of reckless driving among young boys in the state.
