Several political leaders of the East African country, Uganda have been caught sleeping in a meeting.
In a meeting headed by the Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, some of the top cabinet members to include even the Vice-President, Edward SSekandi were sighted busy dozing off as the President speaks.
In such a moment the country is experiencing troubling economic climes and poor infrastructural progresses, some people expressed their concern over such alarming situation as the President, who has ruled the country for over 30 years entrusts his decisions of implementations on sleeping leaders.
