A Nigerian lady who identifies as @official_daira12 shares a video of the mouthwatering meal her brother’s Jamaican wife prepared for him as he laments over the plate of rice.
Sharing on TikTok, the lady noted that her brother had sent a video of the food his Jamaican wife cooked. The man’s voice could be heard in the background complaining in his Igbo dialect while filming the surprising meal.
His Jamaican wife had prepared a Jamaican Steamed Cabbage meal; consisting of white rice with steamed cabbage, corn beef, fresh pepper, tomatoes, and pear.
Apparently, the Igbo man expressed shock after seeing the amount of raw food in the rice dish, seeing as it wasn’t the regular style of cooking an Igbo delicacy.
The man exclaimed that he had no choice but to eat his wife’s meal and drown it with juice as he called for rescue. He added that he is stuck with his wife, hence, he expects more of these meals.
The lady disclosed that her sister-in-law gets upset and complains if he doesn’t eat her meal.
The video has quickly garnered differing opinions; Nigerians questioned whether the man was forced to marry the Jamaican woman.
Viewers insist the man is left with no choice but to consume whatever meal his wife prepares for the family.
