The West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) has come out to debunk a report of a leaked mathematics examination question paper.
The Senior School Certificate Examination, which started today, August 17 and it will go on till Sept. 7, was said to have had a leaked mathematics question paper circulated on social media on Sunday night.
A Nigerian @iotama22, to Twitter to write, “WAEC maths paper scheduled for today has leaked since weekend according to sources.”
“What kind of a country is this for God’s sake? I hope the people responsible will be investigated and punished as appropriate.”

However, WAEC has now come out to call the reports fake. “This is fake.” they said.
