“I had to deal with depression and drugs,” the actress told Broadway TV. “I didn’t plan for a broken home. I didn’t plan for a broken marriage. After my marriage, I was emotionally carried away. I didn’t heal before jumping into another relationship.
“I thought I was going to heal through another relationship. I realised I actually don’t love myself and I want people around to love me. I focused on things that didn’t really matter. I chose people before me. I didn’t love myself.”
She then revealed that she was doing too much drugs and smoking. “I was involved with negative habits like drugs, smoking, codeine. All these things were empowering my negative energy.”
She went to talk about how these negative practices ruined everything good she did.
“So, I had to stop. I realised I deserved more. I decided to change my team. I decided to change my negative habits. I stopped doing a lot of bad things that brought me negative energy.”
