The tribute to the late Afrobeats singer and ex-Marlian Music signee, Mohbad, has expanded internationally after being seen in New York.
A memorial to the 27-year-old musician was seen on a digital billboard in the United areas of America while candlelight vigils are held in several areas of Nigeria to mourn his untimely death.
Different photographs of Mohbad with words highlighting the anguish of losing him to the cold hands of death and how his legacy would endure could be seen on the New York billboard.
“Will be remembered forever Mohbad legend are never forgotten RIP,” the text read.

In other news, the Nigerian Police Force has exhumed the corpse of deceased Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known professionally as Mohbad.
His body was exhumed in the early hours of Thursday, September 21, and has been taken to the hospital where autopsy will commence immediately.
Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, confirmed this in a post shared via his Twitter handle.
This comes over a week after the singer, who died under strange circumstances on Tuesday Sept 12, was buried in the Ikorodu area of Lagos state.
