A Nigerian man, simply identified as Ola, has sparked a debate after making a controversial statement on microblogging platform, Twitter.
The young man, with Twitter handle @1Whizbang, averred that unmarried ladies, who eats at restaurants and patronize online food vendors, won’t make a good housewife.
He insinuated that potential good housewives are women who dedicate their time and energy to prepare their meals, rather than eating out.
He tweeted,
“Any unmarried lady who goes to buy mama-put or eats at the restaurant most of the times would never make a good house wife…..Know this and know peace”

Being a woman is not a call to suffer. That unmarried woman might be really busy with work so much that she has to eat out. She might not like cooking too, that’s valid & as long as she can afford to outsource, that’s fine. As for me and my household, we shall have domestic staff

So she closed from work by 5pm, after all the stress, emotional stress, mantel stress, work stress. And you still want her to enter the kitchen when you know that she is tired 😴. Therefore I conclude that you don’t have respect for your mom.

You’re very right, I agree with you. Why will she be leaving the house to buy food when she’s a HOUSE wife? She can just place order and have the food delivered to her at home.
